Manage stakeholder interaction among designers (engineers and architects), contractors, specialty disciplines, estimators, attorneys, etc.to ensure project is delivered on time, within schedule and per scope.
Ensure compliance of design and construction with relevant codes and regulations, safety requirements, project specifications, building codes, state laws and city ordinances.

Managing all processes from pre-construction to design, construction, and close-out.

Program management of more than 50 school construction work in various boroughs of NYC concurrently.
Conducted initial project planning; site studies, site investigations; site surveys; preliminary cost estimates
Peer review and constructability review activities at various project stages.

Managing ground-up construction processes
Developing and enforcing project budgets/forecasting, schedules, procurement and site-safety.
