• Managed current and near-term planning for the simulation training and advised on employment of the 64 ranges and facilities at the Udari Range Complex and MPRC.

Brigade Master Gunner/Platoon Sergeant, (Project Manager) 2nd Infantry Division, Republic of Korea 2010 - 2013 Managed a seven person team responsible for the individual and collective gunnery training of the only forward stationed Armored Brigade Combat Team in the Republic of Korea.

• Ensured the collective and individual training for 58 M1A2SEPV2 Abram’s MBTs, 118 M2A3/M3A3/M2A2ODS-E Bradley Fighting Vehicles and associated weapon systems in accordance with Army Doctrine.

• Created a gunnery program that encompassed range and scenario development, ammunition forecasting, target emplacement, and terrain and resource management.

• Trained and certified 100 Vehicle Crew Evaluators on the Digital Range Evaluation and AAR System on the Digital MPRC.
