I also identified and conducted repairs and troubleshooting on malfunctioning equipment. I believe these skills will be valuable in the role of a Field Service Technician as they require attention to detail, quick response time, and the ability to identify potential issues before they become bigger problems.
Furthermore, I have experience in managing equipment by ensuring proper inventory management, equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. I am excited about utilizing this knowledge in TBD to ensure that every piece of equipment is maintained to the highest standard, which will help increase productivity and efficiency. I possess various strengths, including critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service. As a Field Service Technician, these skills are critical in identifying issues, offering timely solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. My experience and skills make me a perfect candidate for this role. I would like to note that I have had a gap in my work history due to family/personal medical issues.
