NA Sales Operations Specialist

• Worked with Sales Executives, Product Leaders and Sales Coordinators in creating and maintaining documentation such as quote process standards, cheat sheets, reference guides and product line information.

• Worked under the guidance of Sales Applications Engineers, I coordinated and prepared technical sales proposals highlighting the company’s packaging machinery equipment. These proposals could vary in size from a $2,000 friction feeder up the a $3M line of equipment. That could include scales, baggers, conveyors through palletizer and stretch wrapper.

• Stayed current of any major technology (D365) changes that directly impacted the Sales Operations team and was able to effectively help communication and managed that change both internally and externally as appropriate.

• Collaborated between all BWFS product lines to streamline internal processes and intercompany sales from quotation through booking in order to delivery an exceptional customer experience.

• Established and maintained a list of customer specifics to develop success plans/customer journey for BW customers that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, track progress and provide recommendations.

• Thoroughly reviewed SE’s Request for Quote (RFQ) and Application Engineer’s proposal layout in relation to the customer’s Purchase Order to ensure PO review process was implemented and maintained.

• Monitored and tracked the performance of order processing procedures and implemented improvements.

• Was responsible for working with the Sales Coordinators to ensure data integrity.

• Scheduled meetings with Sales team, customer, and / or operations to ensure customer order specifications and requirements are clear and the project was on schedule.
