Ms. Brown developed the Affordable Housing Recapture Initiative for the organization. To date the organization has successfully acquired and remodeled 60 homes placing first time buyers in Southern California. Ms. Brown also provides capacity building technical assistance to existing and emerging non-profit and government agencies fostering housing, economic development, and social services in underserved communities within the City of Los Angeles.
