Currently, as a Travel Agent for Working Solutions, I have communication with customers including answering incoming calls and assisting customers with booking reservations, resolving issues with their reservation, processing payments for reservations, making changes to reservations, canceling reservations and processing refunds as well as many other thing that the customer may need.

Previously, as an Office Assistant for Atlanta’s Better Kitchen Equipment in Fayetteville, Georgia, I had direct communication with customers including answering questions and processing their orders. I also took pictures of inventory items and posted advertisements online.
