Subject: Letter of Recommendation - Mr. Lance Scott Dear Sir/Ma’am:
It is my sincere pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation on behalf of Mr. Lance Scott. He worked on my team during his tenure as a Construction Project Manager from October 2024 to May 2025. It would be an understatement to say that I was tremendously impressed with his professional abilities and personal character, and it was a privilege to serve with him on the Project Amplify Team.
Lance served as the construction project manager on a high visibility, fast turn-around renovation project to provide a temporary headquarters for Amplify Cell Technologies during the construction of a permanent headquarters and $2B+ manufacturing facility. In the construction operations environment, we place a premium on delivering results quickly, with answers that are accurate and which add value to the issues we confront. Lance is a champion in this regard, his work demonstrated exceptional competence in all principal domains of project management to include control of costs, schedule, budget, quality, safety and customer relations for the approximately
$1.7M+ office renovation project that he led. The work was executed in two phases, an initial renovation to provide office space for the Amplify executive group with subsequent delivery of office space for approximately 150 staff.
Mr. Scott’s leadership and management acumen resulted in delivery of both phases of construction, on-time, within budget and at an exceptional level of quality for the level of investment determined by the customer. Lance particularly excelled in management of day-to-day interactions with the general contractor team and trade partners that were involved in the renovation effort. He developed a cohesive and highly effective team between the general contractor’s construction project manager, site superintendent and himself, working in a collaborative manner to resolve multiple challenges encountered during the renovation effort. His performance consistently went above and beyond the challenges of the moment to ensure overall project success.
In summary, Lance is an exceptional leader who inspires and motivates his team. In addition to his technical skills, he possesses strong communication skills, enabling him to effectively convey project status, risks, and challenges to the client. He is also a highly collaborative individual who builds strong relationships and works well with others. I am confident that Mr. Scott will be an asset to any organization that he joins. Give him mission level directives and be confident in a successful outcome. I recommend him without reservation for roles as a Senior Consultant or Senior Project Manager. For additional details relative to a specific position that Lance is being considered for, please do not hesitate to contact me with any additional questions. Respectfully Submitted,

He skillfully managed all phases of the project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning, scheduling, and budgeting to on-site supervision, and final project closeout. His ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a sharp focus on deadlines and client satisfaction was a tremendous asset.

He effectively led cross-functional teams, resolved conflicts with professionalism, and maintained strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners. One of the most notable projects under Lance’s management was Renovation at Whispering Woods, which was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget, despite several unforeseen challenges. This success is a direct reflection of his foresight, problem solving abilities, and attention to detail. I am confident that Lance will bring the same level of dedication, competence, and professionalism to any organization.
