July 2024 to Current – Kemp Care Center Nursing and Rehabillitation, Kemp, Texas – Provide care for aging residents with a multitude of health problems. Most recently promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing. Heavy critical thinking, strong teamwork, IV, PICC lines, Tube Feedings, Wound Care. Assist nurses with tasks, infection prevention and control.

September 2017 to September 2023 – Encompass/Enhabit Home Health, Duncanville, Texas

Provide care for recently discharged from hospital patients. Heavy education, advanced skills such as wound care, IV/PICC/Ports, feeding pumps. Triage on weekends from home for managing and preventing rehospitalization for home health patients.
