Manage a team of program analysts tasked with identifying problem areas and trends in internal safety and health enforcement programs through analysis of activity measures, reports, indicators and MIS tracking of both open and recently closed OSHA investigations. Region wide fatality summary report with analysis prepared weekly. Field operations techniques and case file preparation is reviewed and analyzed. Conduct special studies. Program responsibility for case file review of a representative sample of fatality and accident investigations conducted by field offices.
