Responsibilities consist of, but not limited to the following: Inspection, installation, training, troubleshooting, diagnostics, design, construction and repair of machines and equipment in the Print & Finishing Industry and other specific applications needed as custom work, as well as the Mail Fulfillment Industry, in both Industrial and Manufacturing Environments. For 110v, 220v and high voltage equipment. With capable knowledge of HVAC Systems, Vacuum, Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatics, both in the end user and Manufacturing Industrial settings. Facility Maintenance along with ground keeping as well. Included with facility maintenance are Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and Painting, also light construction work. A strong knowledge of reading Schematics and Blue Prints, for electronics and mechanical purposes. Knowledge of Solid Works CADD 3D Software and Auto Desk AutoCAD Software, along with programing PLC’s and Robotic systems with the software that runs them. With strong Customer Service ability to work with customers on solving their problems with the equipment needed for repair. All work done on imported, and domestic equipment.
