Senior Human Resources Generalist responsible for the day-to-day activities in a Union production plant for 600+ Union (hourly) employees. Responsible for the administration of personnel actions, recruiting, onboarding, orientation, attendance tracking, time, and attendance, leaves of absence, and payroll activities.
