Washington Nationals – Director of Player Development, 2005-2007

-Developed and maintained organizational budget in excess of 10 million dollars.

-Oversaw fulltime staff of over 50 employees, 130 players, six minor league affiliates, and two Dominican Summer League teams.

-Directly responsible for all contract negotiations for Minor League players, as well as six year free agents.

-Coordinated all team administration and logistical issues.

Washington Nationals – Vice President of Ballpark Operations, 2004-2005

-Oversaw the complete refurbishment of RFK Stadium in Washington DC.

-Managed all Game Day activities including Guest Services, Security, Facility Maintenance, and Game Day Staffing.

-Responsibilities included managing a game day staff of over 200 employees.

-Oversaw Spring Training Operations and all operational elements of Space Coast Stadium and Carl Barger Baseball Complex in Melbourne, FL.

Montreal Expos, LLC – Vice President of Florida Operations, 2002-2004

-Managed all aspects of Major League Spring Training, as well as the club owned Minor League Affiliate, The Brevard County Manatees.

-Served as General Manager of Minor League affiliate in the Florida State League of Professional Baseball.

-Oversaw all aspects of Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Ticketing, Operations, Media and Public Relations.

-Managed all Operational aspects of Space Coast Stadium and the Carl Barger Complex.

Florida Marlins Baseball Club – Vice President of Sales and Marketing, 2000-2002

-Oversaw and generated marketable revenue opportunities for the organization.

-Coordinated all areas of Corporate Sponsorships, Group and Individual Ticket Sales, Advertising, Promotions, and outside media consultants.
