Spearheaded the New York, London, Hamburg, and Mumbai-based Digital Operations Delivery Team. Knowledge of digital store backends like SCATMAN for Spotify and iTunes Connect for Apple. Researched and resolved releases that didn't go live on time and followed up with retailers about incomplete takedowns.
