My job involves creating statistical models that simulate the highest yield for the farm and enforcing them and trying to get as close as possible results on the ground as on paper. This job has taught me how to do market research, deal with suppliers of different products needed for the farm and also how to deal with human resource. I have made strides in this project compared to when it started including ensuring that our organic produce is as good as the inorganic produce at the market.
