Currently I am employed by John Deere Financial as a Customer Account Manager in our Construction & Forestry Department working remote. In this role I handle a portfolio of accounts with customers who have fallen over 60 days delinquent on their equipment loans through John Deere Finacial. Partnering with them to work to bring their accounts up to date. Making the decision on what the next steps would be. I have been with John Deere Financial since Nov 2022. Prior to my position at John Deere Financial I worked for Toyota Financial Services in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for almost 19 years, most recently in the Specialty Legal Department as a Probate Specialist for almost 6.5 years. In that role I handle a Portfolio of 125-200 accounts for our loans and leases that the account holder has passed away.
