Currently I am employed by John Deere Financial as a Customer Account Manager in our Construction & Forestry Department working remote. In this role I handle a portfolio of accounts with customers who have fallen over 60 days delinquent on their equipment loans through John Deere Finacial. Partnering with them to work to bring their accounts up to date. Making the decision on what the next steps would be. I have been with John Deere Financial since Nov 2022. Prior to my position at John Deere Financial I worked for Toyota Financial Services in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for almost 19 years, most recently in the Specialty Legal Department as a Probate Specialist for almost 6.5 years. In that role I handle a Portfolio of 125-200 accounts for our loans and leases that the account holder has passed away. Working with families, executors, attorneys and dealers to assist with the resolution of the account, working with them, empathizing with their situatio. I am considered a knowledge expert for our department and an looked upon to asssist other associates when questions arise. Assist Toyota and Lexus customers with options and processes at the end of their vehicle lease, go over product information on vehicles and deem what vehicle may fit their current needs, if replacing. Send detailed leads to dealerships to have on hand for when the customer arrives at the dealership Mentored new hires and assisted other associates with work related questions.
