*/**/** - ********* ******* at Depaul Edgerton Sq. as a Residential Service Coordinator with a caseload of ten residents. Each day I assist with transportation, scheduling, and updating each resident’s charts to be compliant with quality management of Depaul agency with mental health treatment. 1/23/23 to 6/13/24 - I worked as a certified Recovery Peer Advocate at Conifer Park I work with a therapist in groups settings and one on one settings as well. I also work with clients in telehealth and zoom meeting as well. I work with 10e11 medical records and also take attendance of clients that need to be re-engaged with recovery and help with their appointments as well. Peer services are always patient centered with the client most needs in recovery.

8/23/15 to 7/3/19 - I have worked at FLACRA as a certified Drug court Peer. I have maintained a caseload of 15 to 18 members. These members have had various charges and substance use disorders and mental health. I have maintained contact with these members by phone or in person. This position was also part time.

7/8/19 to 6/3/21 - I was involved in total hip replacement and recovery from the surgery. I also was involved with training in becoming a peer advocate. I have worked with Rochester Works and Recovery Fitness to help with my certification in peer training. I have worked with the CORE Center and gained 500 hours at 803 West Ave Suite 196. I have been trained in Excel and Microsoft wear. 9/6/19 to 4/2/20 - Daily Reporting, 80 West Main St, Rochester, N.Y. 14618. As a counselor the members had to report daily as part of their parole or probation requirement. I maintain e- mail reports and logged in members when they reported to the center. The members were in treatment with mental health or substance use disorders urine screens were done as well and groups also. This was part time work.
