Ceridian Tax Service - Senior Analyst/ Project Manager July 1997 – December 2002

Collaborated with business and IT to enhance a business payroll tax system. The system created EDI ACH bank files at set times throughout the day. The company, not the client, was liable for any penalties for sending incorrect amounts.

JAD, Use Cases, User Stories for requirements for an Agile project where I led a team to define & implement Web interface using the existing IVR interface as a model. Worked with QA & business to document and conduct UAT.

Modeled the daily processing and recommended improvements that added integrity and reduced errors.
