February 2017–February 2022
Assisting and standing in for Receiving clerk i.e. - Receiving containers, Returns and Branch transfers. Checking / breakdown Lists and GRN/transfer into Navision.
Daily Physical rack checks via Cipherscan
Working with stock in excess of 6 million rands on average. Adjusting stocks on system to equalize physical and system figures.
Allocating and fixing stocks.
Data extraction and Analysis.
Weekly Adjustment reports and Performance reports on Staff compliment under my supervision.
Investigate issues with missing stock and damages or Mill claims. Assist staff in identifying areas of negative performance and working as a team to conform and improve standards in a proficient manner.
Assist Dispatch when necessary.
Handle the setup / troubleshooting of computers within the Branch and work together via Head office to fix or upgrade computers and printers in the Durban warehouse.
