Led large and diverse team of learning professionals including Consultants and Designers. Conducted holistic needs analyses for a variety of audiences throughout enterprise, industry research and gathered VoA to define opportunities for improvement. Crafted detailed design templates to promote uniformity in consulting, created scalable solutions, and measured improved user experience. Led redesign of Corporate New Hire Orientation. Led industry award application process, putting TIAA on the list of top training organizations for the first time, and fine-tuning approach to raise overall placement by forty points in proceeding years.
