Onboarded to do what was referred to as” the impossible”. Project had failed two previous times to bring together a training curriculum, largely because the project had no official system design documents. Working with the testing team and designated Business Leads, developed a functional training curriculum. This was viewed as a massive accomplishment in the absence of traditional instructional design tools and inputs.

Managed a team of 8 developers to deliver End User training to 1500+ across 35 locations.
