Career History

Assistant General Manager, World Café Live (8/2024-1/2025)

§ Working directly under the General Manager, I oversee a staff of Supervisors, Guest Service reps and Security. Responsible for hiring, employee coaching/growth, scheduling, payroll, and resignation/termination.

§ Creating a comprehensive venue safety plan with upper management, including but not limited to a bag policy, active shooter plan, overdose protocol, emergency exit map, etc.

§ Implementing uniforms for the Guest Services Team, in an effort to create a safe and easy to navigate space for guests.

§ Day of show Operational and Front of House management, including but not limited to: venue set up, staff postings, VIP management, merchandise set up, artist hospitality, venue safety planning and guest experience. Touring VIP Manager, Freelance (7/2017-8/2024)

§ Manage VIP Pre-Event Planning Logistics: advancing shows with tour management and venues, source and hire local staff, menu and décor planning, determine run of the event, track merchandise/day of event shipments and keep within a designated VIP Event budget.

§ Manage VIP Event Logistics onsite/day of show: training & assigning roles to local staff, credentialing, managing guest check-in, guest services and crowd control, designate and manage VIP guest flow and security, serve as VIP Lounge Host, manage artist/VIP interactions, complete financial transactions/recaps and send out an event recap to the tour/home office.

§ Manage advancing VIP, merchandise, credentialing, non-profit advances, and any operational needs of incoming tours.

§ Day of show Operational and Front of House management, including but not limited to: venue set up, staff postings, VIP management, merchandise set up and settlement, artist cash buyout, show settlement/payment, venue safety planning. § Fostered a deal with Aqimero at the Ritz Carlton to host our Broadway Philadelphia Opening Night parties. Plan the menu, manage the budget, host onsite and communicate all relevant information with company managers/PR managers.

§ Design and present education-based workshops for Arts and Theatre clients, to ensure 100% education by year-end. +

§ Built a logical client reference system and tracked over 1500 creative samples per year.
