I would answer their call lights when they'd need something, I would help transfer residence from their bed to their chair, from their chair to bed & I would take them to the dinning room to eat if they wanted to go using a hoyer & sit to stand with extra help from the staff that I worked with, I would change their briefs when they need to be changed, I would give them a bath when it was their day to take a bath, I would feed them when they weren't able to feed themselves, I would take their food orders, ask them what they would want to drink then serve them food & drinks, document their daily activities that are done during the day and after they're done. If they had a problem I would figure out how to fix their problem or if they needed something I would get them what they need as soon as they needed it.
