Project: C360_AT&T is launching a new C360 app to have a holistic view of the customer through a dashboard so that agents and reps can serve them. As a sales agent, speaking to a new customer, Salesforce needs to show what consumer products, promotions, accounts, orders, order history and lifecycles, billing and payments, service availability, adjustments, consent preferences and messages potentially available at a location to be purchased, for a total case lifecycle. This is facilitated through MuleSoft Any point platform integration

Responsibilities:

•Working on understanding the manual migration requirements.

•Analyzing the requirements with the user stories, Exchange (RAML design) and worked with prebuild teams for API testing, Backend testing, test data and expected results.
