Responsible for ensuring all shipments that require an appointment are captured in a timely manner to ensure service is met. Developing action plans to improve service on large volume customer accounts such as; Amazon, Grainger, VWR, Owens & Minor, etc. Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Provide support for Inbound/Outbound operations and City/Road Dispatch. Review and report all daily Bring backs, Exceptions, and Accessorials. Recover additional service fees such as; detention, storage, appointment, inside delivery, etc. Act as the Wellness Champion for our Safety CHSP committee by organizing and attending monthly meetings. Prepares information for internal and external contacts. Prepares complex reports to Regional Director, Managers, and Supervisors. Responsible I have in the position is I am in charge of our major accounts examples are Grainger, Amazon, Tesla, and Honda. I would run reports through our data base to check our revenue, and trailers dropped at these locations. I would have monthly calls with Amazon to discuss how we can do better on getting trailers emptied fast for our terminals so they can have equipment. I would document all our revenue we have made off our customers. In this position I worked off excel, data base, and edge. I would have set goals that I would need to meet with our customers throughout our 4 quarters and we have always met our goals. This position you had to have great customer service with talking to our customers and terminals to work together and get things done correctly.
