•Coordinated BIX extracts for new Work and Data classes in Pega, delivering data feeds to an enterprise-level centralized data hub (Databricks and Data Lakes) using DB-to-DB and DB-to-XML outputs.
•Designed queue processor activities for data migration from the FDA’s CTS/CEntry system into Pega cases, including API integration with Alfresco to migrate files and emails into Documentum/I2K.
•Developed a Pega service for MuleSoft to provide real-time SQS status updates during virus scans and file transfers, enhancing UI visibility for users.
•Automated new user provisioning and updates for FDA CDRH staff via SSO using Pega’s Model User, incorporating weekly organizational and workgroup changes.
