Custom Publishing was part of the Southern Living Magazine division, and served as a publishing wing for national clients such as Lowe’s, Shaw Carpets, AGCO and others. My responsibilities included conceptual development, layout, photo acquisition/direction, and freelance management.

1996 - 2002:

Marketing Consultant/Art Director, West Indies Communications Group, based in Charleston, SC

A full service international marketing and advertising firm which specialized in the promotion of financial products/services, targeting high net-worth individuals, CFOs and financial institutions. Directly responsible for the design, creation and implementation of marketing strategies, utilizing and coordinating brand establishment, print advertising, media placement, trade show appearances, and concept-to- launch website development.

1993 - 1996:

Hired as Senior Designer at Gil Shuler Graphic Design, Charleston, SC Specialized in corporate identity design, brand development strategy, print advertising collateral and packaging design. Regionally recognized award-winning design studio.
