Customer Service Manager

To whom it may concern,

I have not worked since May 2023 because of a car wreck that required me to have surgery. I

have since recovered 100%. I know I do not have a degree. What I do have is 30 years in credit, collections, customer service, and legal recovery. My last assignment, I was collecting $4 million to $8.25 million dollars a month. I was in the top 2 collectors after my first month continuing through the rest of my assignment. I have been a Customer Service Manager and a Collections Manager. I have worked with Lexis-Nexis, Oracle, Epicor, Salesforce, Workforce, QuickBooks, Great Plains, AS400, Office Suite and many other programs. I have collected freight invoices for several freight companies. I have had credit approval of $250,000. I have worked for collection agencies, collecting bad debt, credit card, and medical accounts. I have also worked for a business to business collection agency, collecting freight invoices that were over 90 and 180 days past due. I have filed and attended small claims court. I was employed by Clontz and Clontz Attorneys at Law collecting judgments and was the top collector for several months.
