Project Name : Anaplan UI Standardization

Description : Headcount and Expense Anaplan Model is collaborative forecasting tool that is used for building forecast for Headcount & Expense across the Bank. This tool is workflow bound by User entitlements. This program intends to shorten cycle times, leverage analytics to inform assumptions and directly link F&BM, Recruitment & Real estate Planning

Responsibilities:

•Research and lead Anaplan Headcount and Expense Product UI design for Lines of Businesses and Material Document and align with firm’s standards by Agile standards

Description : Build an Amendment module for Intelligent Originations Booking express. Amendments make up ~60-70% of structured deals and are complex, and that there is significant variation across amendment types. Documented procedures are hard to come by and processes vary across regions and also within users in a region. There’s no guided methodology to decide on steps needed and data to use in order to process amendments. There are flavors of certain similar amendment types simply based on changes in 1-2 parameters.

Responsibilities:

•Lead the milestone effort for designing Amendment Module for Intelligent originations so that we can increase the amendment transactions in IO

•Gauged Business users to understand the amendment process from Loan IQ and evaluated various amendment types such as Extension, Downsize, Upfront Fee Payment etc. and

•Gauged with the development team to identify existing API capabilities and in turn help increase STP capability for various types of Amendment transactions

•Developed Amendment Playbook Module and lead the workflow design sessions
