Worked at Workday subscription based WSP ( Workday Success Plan) application. This application is a critical customer service application ( B2C) that provides support to workday’s entire customer base. As a Sr. BSA I am involved in gathering enhancements to WSP applications built on the Salesforce CRM System.
I have been working closely with business in gathering critical enhancements and converting them into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria. I am involved in projects related to customizing features on Salesforce instance with emphasis on Sales and Service cloud .
Responsibilities:
●Working very closely with business in gathering both functional and technical requirements for all new enhancements and existing bugs. (this involved small and mid- sized projects)
