Working with start-up and small size food CPG companies to stand up or optimize their supply chains. Expertise in inventory, logistics, demand and supply planning and 3PL management. DIRECTOR OF INVENTORY – NORTH AMERICA

Managed the strategy, coordination and direction of the inventory team. Implemented warehouse strategy, capacity planning process as well as warehouse reporting metrics. Drove the year end physical inventory plans while working closely with Finance, Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to SOX. Drove the month end close process for inventory while coordinating with Finance to drive down discrepancies and report month end results. Developed suite of KPIs to monitor, manage and report monthly inventory results to Senior leadership.

Managed a team of inventory analysts and coordinators on day to day operations with direct authority over all ambient, chilled and frozen inventory across 7 partner warehouse locations.

Successfully onboarded 4 3PL sites for EDI connections as well as portal and ERP synchronization. Managed and worked closely with warehouse staff on all inventory adjustments and ensured all system data in sync.
