SWISS GEAR is thrilled to offer you the position of Data Analyst within our organization. As discussed, you will initially be working remotely as part of our dynamic online team until we establish a physical branch in your area, offering you a flexible and supportive work environment to thrive. In this role, your starting hourly wage will be $38, which equates to an approximate annual salary of $79,040. This figure reflects our investment in your role and demonstrates the value we place on your contributions. Please be aware that there will be a probationary period of 11 days, during which we will evaluate your performance to ensure that both you and the company are a good fit. Continued employment with SWISS GEAR is contingent upon successfully completing this probationary period. Afterward, your salary will be reviewed every six months and annually, with opportunities for further growth and adjustments based on your performance and the company’s success.

Probationary Period:

A probationary period of 11 days will apply to this role. During this period, you will receive training and guidance to help you become familiar with and proficient in the tasks required for the role you have been appointed. The appointment is contingent on the satisfactory completion of the probationary period, which may be terminated at any stage by either party, with one week's notice in writing or payment in lieu of notice.

Payment:

Your hourly pay rate is $38, During the two-week training period, the pay rate is

$22 per hour.

Your salary will be paid bi-weekly on Friday for working 6 to 8 hours daily and 30 to 40 hours weekly.

Any expenses incurred by you on behalf of the company will be reimbursed either immediately or during your upcoming pay period. Salary Review:

Your compensation package will be reviewed annually, typically around the anniversary of your employment or in accordance with applicable workplace laws. Personal Leave:

You are entitled to 10 days of paid Career Leave in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

You are also entitled to two days of unpaid Career Leave per occasion under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Additionally, you are entitled to three days of paid bereavement leave per occasion, as per the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The minimum notice period required to be given by the employee to the employer is either: As specified by the relevant employment agreement or other applicable terms. If no notice period is specified as mentioned above, the notice period will be equal to the employee's standard pay period.

Swiss Gear reserves the right to terminate your employment by providing the following notice period (or payment in lieu) based on your length of service: Length of continuous service Notice period

Not exceeding 1 year: 1 week

Over 1 year but not exceeding 3 years: 2 weeks

Over 3 years but not exceeding 5 years: 3 weeks

Over 5 years: 4 weeks

If you are 45 years old and have more than two years of continuous service, you will receive an additional week’s notice (or payment in lieu). The company may terminate your employment at any time with notice if: You engage in serious misconduct, which includes, but is not limited to, theft, dishonest or disorderly behavior at work, insubordination, or bringing the organization into disrepute. You are in material breach of this contract, including failure to comply with confidentiality obligations.

Upon termination of your employment, you must return all company property. You are expected to adhere to and maintain all company privacy policies and procedures, as implemented or modified over time.
