Manage shipping orders, which are gotten from UPS master system itself. Orders are then dispatched to different stores according to the destination’s addresses.

Project Description:
Develop a social network system in which celebrities can interact with their fans. Contents are digital posts with video and images, posted directly from pages of famous celebs. Followers can then interact by Like, Share or Comment. This system was focused on Middle East and North Africa regions.
The system had two parts which are content management system and frontend website
Content management system is to manage composing contents for the system. Contents were required to pass through review-approve process within this portal before being published live on the frontend portal.
Frontend portals consist of both website and mobile app that present the contents from celebrities.
Responsibility:
Liaison with product owner to make sure that business ideas will be converted to the systems.
Document requirements into stories or backlog items. All these need to be validated properly with technical leads and approved by the product owner.
Work with project managers and technical leads on grooming the backlog to make sure stories are prioritized and dispatched properly into sprints. Sprint sizes were also assessed closely according to team velocity.
Work with developers to make sure that requirements (product backlog items) are understood correctly. In addition, technical issues sometimes could be solved by a small change with an initial requirement. Negotiations are held with relevant people including product owners.
Work with a quality control team to validate test cases to assure that the right product is built right.
Work with other BAs from all the teams to make sure and maintain that designs are consistent across all portals.

Project Description:
Develop, maintain and continuously enhance this Ecommerce system that distributes school furniture. The system consists of 2 parts which are the Backoffice system (BO) and the ecommerce website. With the BO, it serves as a central system which feeds information for different business departments such as Merchandising, Accounting, Sales etc... The main idea of this BO is to process orders that are created from the frontend website then passes them through a standard fulfillment process, including creating POs and synchronizing it to suppliers’ systems, until they are delivered. An order could be processed automatically till the end without manual handling steps if all info is fulfilled properly and its standard conditions are qualified.
Responsibility:
Work with product owner to understand new enhancements.
Verify feasibility of the new changes with the technical team and update changes to the initial requirements if any.
Transfer ready-to-develop documents to the corresponding team
Answer questions or confirm concerns with product owners during an iteration is carried out.
