Performed as Acting Plant Manager for over 7 years when formal Plant Manager was out of the plant for company activities.

An Emerson facility located in Apodaca N.L. Mexico producing electrical motors with a volume of production of 15,000 motors per day and over 2,400 motor models ranged from 1/7HP to 7HP that were produced in 17 winding lines, 15 assembly lines and 5 sub-assembly areas with 2 CNC lathes for motor end shields and 3 casing lathes and with a work force of +900 hourly and +80 salary employees in three shifts.

Manage the production activities of all three shifts to accomplish the production motor schedule to meet the on-time delivery of Customers Orders, Quality, employee safety and efficiency working with all support departments to address the daily floor issues to ensure Company and Department Goals were achieved and developing the plan according to the yearly budget based on the motor schedule forecast.
