Just after my schools, I have started my career

with joining to the Sri Lanka Regular Naval force

in 1997. After that I followed several courses in

the Medical and other field too. After completing

10 months successfully training at Navel Maritime

Academy, I was commissioned as a Sub

Lieutenant (Health Administrative Officer). I was

serving as the Manger/ Administrator for the

Nethsetha Eye Hospital at Rathnapura for three

years and I have 26 years experiences in field of

Human Resource Management as well as
