Daily monitoring the sequence of activities performing at site and giving necessary instructions to maintain quality and also evaluate the daily progress of the job.

Witness initial alignment activities of equipment prior to base frame grouting and piping connection.

Receiving of equipment’s arrived on site and verification of documents (purchase order, release note, inspection release certificate, IFC drawing) and ensure for damage.

Monitoring preservation activities of equipment’s installed at site using preservatives as per vendor standards and procedures.

Verify readiness of foundation before installation of equipment’s (levelness, elevation, coordinates, and center lines of pad plate, anchor bolt projection and bolt dimension as per required IFC drawing).

Verifies the position and orientation of equipment during erection in accordance with costumer approved drawing issued for construction.

Witness preparation of grout form and grouting activities after preliminary alignment as per vendor recommendations.

Checking bolt torquing activity as per specification.

Sound knowledge in API 686 and other related international standards.

Daily monitoring of site activities and ensure work going on as per approved standards and procedures and giving necessary instruction to the team about the target requirements and quality objective of organization and client.

Maintaining better co-ordination with management, construction team and QC department for smooth functioning of site activities. Experience Details
