Forklift Warehouse and I'm a hard worker once I learn my job I won't d

My name is Richard Forney and I have warehouse experience and I know how to operate a gas and propane forklift I worked at parts Authority before trying to get this job but I had an accident on my own time and ended up in hospital for 4 months I used forklift at cannon and wendt electric company when I was employed there and helped with the operation of building a Motorola this is when I used a diesel forklift and personally I think I'm pretty good at driving one so I would really like to be considered for this job thanks for your time
