• Implemented Global Unique Identifiers; Implemented Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 8320.03; requires all DoD GFM DI EFS data elements to be tied to a unique Global Force Management ID (GFMID), a globally unique, two-part identifier: the 1st part being a managed, granted seed and the 2nd being a locally- generated uniquifer; GFMIDs uniquely identifying DoD orgs also implements OUID mandate of DoDI 8260.03
