Manage a 25-person Application Development team and a $4 million annual budget within the 2,000-person Mortgage Origination and Servicing Division. Report to the Divisional CIO. Focus on creating efficiency, improving accuracy, streamlining processes, and facilitating cost-effective integration across multiple acquisitions. Develop and standardize processes and procedures for consistent file processing and remediation of processing failures. Oversee project management, test plan development and automation, agile development, scheduling, and bug fixes across 2-week cycles.

Headed the development of 5 new major platform applications and enhanced features and functionality to 20+ legacy system apps in a Java, Oracle, SQL Server, Paradatec, FileNet, and AWS environment.
