EXPERIENCE:

Administrative Assistant

The Farm of Peace · Contract

Sep 2023 to Oct 2024 · 1 yr 2 mos

Pennsylvania, United States · On-site & Remote

I worked on-site and remote. The Farm of Peace is

a 501c Spiritual Retreat. I took care of the book

keeping and part of the accounting. This included

preparing and reconciling bank accounts for the

end of the month, entering all data into

spreadsheets and uploading them to our

accountant, as CSV files. I also prepared weekly

expense reports using Microsoft Excel, and Google

Workspace, which included using Google Sheets,

Google Documents, and saving all receipts,

reports, and communication to Google Drive.

Donation Reports, sent out Thank You's to our

donors. Year End, I sent out Tax Donation Letters

to over 500 donors. I am adept at running credit

cards through Square and I did the monthly reports on our Stripe and Square Credits. Unfortunately,

The Farm of Peace started having some financial

difficulty, and the Board decided to take over my

job to save on expenses.
