Analysis of the requirement specification provided by the clients and discuss with client to clearly understand the functional and technical requirements.

Responsible for the PROD monitoring which includes the missing shipment and consignments of the customer.

Responsible for the recovery, resend which is required based on the requirement.

Monitored the PROD ODI Jobs using the log check and used to perform the rerun of the job if needed.

Complete monitoring is done by using the Idesk tool which triggers the incidents whenever the faults occur.

Involved in the Problem management, Change management.

The tracking of all the issues is done using KEDB and PBI's/PKE's.

JIRA tool is used to monitor the new issues.

Designed and Developed the SOA Composites, whenever enhancements is given by the Client, here we used the JIRA for updating the enhanced code development.

Responsible for re-producing or simulating the defects in the development environment, fixing the defects, checking-in/checking out the code as per the development process

Description of the project:

Implementing various Process Integration for Collections Management for Siebel CRM with Oracle APPS systems. Oracles Collections Management process is delivered through Oracle APPS, Siebel and OSB. APPS is responsible for generating collection actions and Siebel is responsible for performing these actions. The APPS business administrator defines a collection scenario and associates the scenario with a sequence of actions that must be performed. The APPS collections process identifies bill units that require some action to be taken. The collections actions are synchronized across Oracle OSB to Siebel in the form of credit alerts, associating these to CRM Billing Profiles. The eTOM business process framework is being used as a basis for the implementation of the VF Collections Requirement For Collections; the primary eTOM business process is the Manage Customer Debt Collections processes.

Responsibilities:

Created Proxy services with local method invocation mechanism for invoking the other proxy services. And used direct binding for invoking the Asynchronous services of SOA.

Involved in creating the proxy services with dynamic routing options for updating the endpoints dynamically.

Created DB Adapter services in OSB using JCA artifacts (.jca and .wsdl files)Creates Proxy with WSDL based, XML based, Messaging, etc., options.
