As Cultural Memory Specialist, I lead interdisciplinary efforts to research, preserve, and transmit the historical and cultural memory of African and African Diaspora communities. My work centers Afrocentric methodologies, public education, and restorative historical engagement to amplify marginalized narratives and foster cultural continuity.
Conduct archival, oral history, and ethnographic research rooted in Africana studies and diasporic traditions.
Develop and implement educational programs, workshops, and public lectures that teach cultural history and memory through an Afrocentric lens.
Curate community-centered exhibits, media content, and digital storytelling projects that highlight African ancestral legacies and historical contributions.
Provide strategic consultation to educational institutions, civic organizations, and public agencies on culturally responsive policies, decolonial frameworks, and heritage preservation.
Facilitate intergenerational engagement projects to ensure the retention and revitalization of traditional knowledge systems and communal memory.
Author scholarly publications and public commentaries on cultural identity, spiritual cosmology, memory justice, and historical reclamation.
