• Over 3 years of production/manufacturing HR experience in MD, OH, PA, and WV.

• Responsible for the company being compliant with MD, OH, PA, and WV labor standards.

• Manages Human Resources investigations on a weekly basis.

• Serves as first point of contact and first line communication for managers and supervisors regarding general human resources related questions/issues providing accurate and appropriate information or guidance or escalate as appropriate.

• Answers employee questions pertaining to recruiting, licensing, onboarding, payroll, and benefits questions.

• Responsible for the company being compliant with MD, PA, and WV labor standards.

• Attends meetings with local and corporate leaders to ensure we stay compliant when making decisions. Technical Skills

• Proficient in all Microsoft platforms.

• Working knowledge of Paychex and isolved payroll systems.

• Experience with isolved, Ascentis, and SuccessFactors HR systems.

• Proficiency in Sedgwick leave administrator.

• Familiarity with Littler and XpertHR.
