Handles subrogation recovery claims designated for the High Team. Reviews assigned claim for recovery potential, forwards demand to carriers, utilizes vendors to augment recoveries of uninsured motorist claims. Negotiates damages with carriers on assigned claims. Composed inter-company arbitration applications and responses for auto related claims. Requires knowledge of vehicle codes, rules/laws of the road, ability to apply theories of negligence and communicate circumstances leading up to and including the events of an automobile collision in written form. Informed Members of the outcome of decisions and issued payments were applicable.

Claims Representative I & II, Early Response, April 2005 – Feb 2009

Handled automobile claims with Members, explained coverage, set up inspections, manages rental expense, issued payment for repairs and property damages.
