Developed and optimized LookML models (auctane_brands, auctane_products, auctane_revenue_share, shipstation etc.) to create reusable data definitions for enterprise-wide reporting, streamlining dashboard creation, reducing query development & processing time by making PDT. Designed interactive Looker dashboards to visualize KPIs, KRIs, KCIs such as (shipstation carrier dashboard, Trial Sales dashboard, UPS & Fedex one balance dashboard, Jira ticketing performance dashboard, Looker system activity dashboard etc.) enabling stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales Operations, product owners) to make data-driven decisions, improving reporting efficiency and decision making. Led 250+ Reseller partner payment modules for accounting, helped BI Developers for development and code review in DBT, GitHub and Looker. Contributed to agile work environment, reviewed and resolved (50+) Jira tickets on monthly basis for the BI team. SSRS to Looker platform migration including new schema and model designing in DBT and reporting infrastructure buildup in Looker.Member of Looker Management team which provides best practices and support to users across the organization.
