• Manage the institute's finance, budgeting, and accounting practices, as well as its financial relationships with Columbia University (CU), CUIMC, New York Presbyterian Hospital (NYP), other affiliated organizations, and vendors

Administrative Assistant CUIMC IT NY (November 2020 – June 2022)

• Management of calendars, day to day logistics, emails, and other communications

• Screening and monitoring calls, fielding questions, or forwarding to the appropriate person

• Arranging travel, coordinating committee meetings, conferences, venue reservations, catering, AV, and supporting visitor’s needs

• Create a Rascal proposal tracking record and register before submission of proposals to Sponsored Projects Administration for review; ensure that conflict of interest and other necessary compliance requirements have been met e.g., Training in responsible conduct of research, financial conflicts of interest, and research for PHS researchers

• Coordinate autoclave activities: working with Technician(s) to resolve issues as they arise, maintain a record of all sign-in sheets, annual contracts, and billing information for members, coordinate yearly contract renewal and monthly billing of services
