The most important asset any company has is their employees. My role as a manager and operational manager was to directly manage and supervise employees in many different levels, such as developing employee relations programs with incentives to develop employee performance and cohesiveness. In addition, I was very involved in employee evaluation, recruitment and hiring, safety training, organized work schedules, performed field supervision, and assisted in HR management. I also processed company injuries, equipment accidents, enforced company procedures and compliance, developed discipline and mentoring employee programs, and developed educational and training programs to boost company team performance and cohesiveness.
