Started as a TSR agent for a answering service that took messages for many different companies. Which included Doctors offices, law offices, and any offices that had after hour tech support or Maintenace on call . I did this for 3 years and exceled in my company to become the trainer Trainer/Instructor for new hires for the last 4 years which gave me responsibilities in training cyber security, hippa training, and also dispatching experience in delivering messages to on call doctors and tech support,and Maintenace call messages, that TSR agents had taken . also taught on professionalism on phone etiquette . and how to handle upset clients and how to deescalate issues with clients in a professional manner . Also have supervisor skills in a call center atmosphere . my responsibilities also included monitoring and grading incoming calls that agents took. and guide them on better ways to handle a call if mistakes were made during calls concerning professionalism and etiquette. trained on zoom internationally to new hires about our company and what to expect . I have got lots of certificates from company's we took messages for on my great customer skills preformed and message taking. I handled many different company's message taking after hours and any time their office s were unable to answer their office phones.
