Managing a Cyber Attack Recovery and Regulatory Closure: Directed a full-scale cyber attack recovery in November 2023, restoring critical systems within a week without paying the ransom. Additionally, managed the OCR inquiry, which was closed with no follow-up (a rare and commendable outcome).
Directing a Strategic System Transition in Hawaii: Played a key role in the complex Maui/Lanai transfer from the State of Hawaii to Kaiser at HHSC. Developed operational workflows for legacy systems, secured PHI transmission, and implemented inter-island security monitoring solutions.
