As Consultant, aligned Projects and Programs with Business Benefit realization within ERP, technology stack optimization, Infrastructure stabilization, interrogation and redundancy realizing a 99.9% solution uptime, and analysis of data relating to shrinkage identification and eradication within the FMCG Operations. Proposed a model within omni-channel retail to trap and remediate fraud at source so as to reduce direct and indirect cost of doing business over a 6, 12 and 18 month timeline through the use of AI tools and workbench solutions.
