• Responsible for; creating, and promoting programs and marketing them on social media for the library to maintain and increase engagement with patrons and targeted demographics. • As Library Director, I generated the annual budget and proposed it to the City Auditor and the Library Board of Directors.

• I facilitated the hiring process from beginning to end, ensuring that the process was conducted fairly and consistently in accordance with current policies and procedures and applicable laws (State, Federal, Tribal & Indian Laws in regards to employment.)
